Predicting Femi Oladejo’s Contract with Titans
Donald Page/Tennessee Titans
The Tennessee Titans have yet to sign their second-round pick, edge rusher Femi Oladejo, to his rookie contract.
Second-round picks in the 2025 NFL Draft have held out signing their rookie deals due to the Houston Texans giving their second-round pick, wide receiver Jayden Higgins, a fully guaranteed four-year rookie deal.
However, teams have now begun locking down their second-round selections on deals where most of the money is guaranteed, but Oladejo and the Titans have yet to agree to terms.
With training camp report day on July 22 for Tennessee, general manager Mike Borgonzi must figure out a contract with Oladejo sooner rather than later. That said, I’m gonna try to predict the deal Femi will sign.

What will Femi Oladejo’s contract look like?
Like most of the second-round picks in the 2025 class, Oladejo’s deal will be close to fully guaranteed. Oladejo was the No.52 overall pick, and so far, players drafted in the 50s have received deals in the 70% guaranteed range.
Seattle Seahawks tight end Elijah Arroyo (Pick 50) signed his rookie deal with 77.97% total guaranteed. Packers offensive tackle Anthony Belton (pick 54) received his rookie contract with 72.95% total guaranteed.
Oladejo is between Arroyo and Belton, so the fully guaranteed percent in his contract will likely be worth somewhere in between 72.95% and 77.97%.
The 52nd pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Adonai Mitchell, is on a four-year deal worth $7.386 million. With rookie contracts rising, Oladejo will receive a bigger overall deal than Mitchell worth around $8.8 million, per the NFL CBA.
With all that laid out, I predicted Femi Oladejo’s deal with the Titans will be worth $8.8 million over four seasons, with $6.7 million fully guaranteed, which is 76.1%.
